I my opinion he suffers with time management. It should not take 2 hours of waiting to see a doctor for a scheduled appointment. He wasn’t in the office the day of my last visit and was making patients wait If he was going to be delayed in coming to the office the patients should have been notified and given the option to reschedule or be told they would have a 2 hour wait This has happened multiple times I have had scheduled appointments
Dr. Villeda has been my primary physician for about 7 years. The staff is wonderful and does their best to accommodate my appointment needs and times. Dr. Villeda and staff listen to my concerns. I never feel like I am being rushed and never have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. I know I'm getting excellent care and am going to a physician that genuinely cares about me.
IMMEDIATLEY noticed the cleanliness of his office upon arrival. His office is very neat and clean and smells absolutely AMAZING. His staff is very sweet and extremely helpful. They are all very accommodating and attentive to their patients. People expect the doctor to stay in with them for 30 plus minutes which is unrealistic in my opinion. He is an excellent diagnostician and great personality. His staff is friendly and efficient and dependable. I think he listens to everything. The office is in a good location.
His nurses keep quitting. Not all prescriptions are called in and when they are, the information on them is incomplete. My pharmacy has trouble getting in contact with them to verify info. resulting in not having enough of my meds. He does not explain things very well and doesn't go over test results, etc.
I am so happy to have found the doctor that I needed. It is a bit of a drive for me but worth it every time. My Nephew highly recommended him so I gave it a try and It was the best experience. Doctor Villeda is very knowledgeable and takes his time to listen to your concerns. After three other physicians not being able to come up with the right diagnosis, and the right medication, he nailed it on the spot and the medication was exactly what I needed. My Experience with Dr. Villeda has been the best. This doctor is the doctor that I had been looking for to treat many health concerns. From the most minimal health concern to the hardest to treat issues, he is the one to go to. My husband and I have had the best experience with him every time. I am thrown back somewhat by the previous post as I have been a patient at this particular practice for several years and I have never had an issue with the doctor nor the staff. I have referred several friends as well as family members and everyone is highly satisfied. I have witnesses the staff take a lot of abuse from the public and never once I have them be rude or short with anyone. His staff at the Jacksonville, Al office was VERY unprofessional and rude. They had spoken very poorly to my wife. As soon as we walked in the receptionist put her head down and acted as if she was busy... then the so called Nurse came to the window and did not introduce herself at all. She just started asking questions very rudely and then to my wife she didn't say anything that she told her on the phone ( which I heard due the phone was on speakerphone).
