Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays? No, but they gave me directions to a lab nearby where I could get them Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable Did this chiropractor pressure you to return for unnecessary follow-ups? Not at all! They always respect my decisions.

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did this chiropractor discuss your X-Rays with you? No, I wasn't given any information After your appointment with this chiropractor, were you still skeptical that the treatment would be effective? Kind of. I still wasn't convinced Did this chiropractor answer all of your questions? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I had a very unique experience, in trusting Ville's staff to verify insurance. Had to pay $600 out of pocket and $53 each visit when I was advised on a consultation with Michael Ville based on what staff had told us both. So my decision was swayed in that I had to satisfy a deductable whether in/out of network... Miss Advised and shocked when I called BCBS myself. 2 agents advised $0 Deductable IN and $600 OUT Very disappointed and feel violated, and requested Business Manager make amends by waive my co pay until $600 repaid... read more

It's a shame I know. Who can afford $50 say 3x a week which is what's required to make treatment beneficial. That's why so many don't go and rely on homeopathic methods and OTC treatments.

Too expensive for my treatments >$50 each visit. Even with insurance, it was costing way too much. Dr. Ville was very thorough. Would continue if I could afford it.
