This pediatrician is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a children’s doctor. She refuses to see kids when they’re sick, which is absolutely ridiculous. Every time my child needed help, the office told me she doesn’t accept sick visits and to “go to urgent care.” Isn’t that what pediatricians are for? She also doesn’t listen to parents at all. I’m extremely disappointed with the care my child received here. This pediatrician refuses to see children when they’re actually sick — which completely defeats the purpose of having a pediatrician. Every time my child needed medical attention for a fever, cough, or rash, we were told the doctor “doesn’t accept sick visits” and to go to urgent care instead. Doctor Villaverde is amazing! They are patient and great with my children, always taking the time to explain things and answer all my questions. The staff is friendly, and we've never had a long wait and have always found time for us when kids needed emergency visit. We feel very blessed to have Dr. Villaverde for our 2 kids. She is absolutely great to work with and always makes you feel your in good hands. I'd recommend her to anyone especially first time parents.
