This place has "pretty" latex paint over pure hell. Flooding indoors, mold, constant major repairs. 18 months of HELL for my family.
I lived in these apartments for 5 years with not a lot of issues until 2 years ago when they were sold. The new owner is in Florida. The person he has managing these units is a horrible, horrible person. I had water leaking from every roof in my unit, mold everywhere. It took an inspection from section 8 before anything was done.I was without an oven for 3 months bc they wouldn't fix it. She's not even American. A Columbian who renews her work permit every year to stay in the US. She only takes care of the Spanish speakers. ... read more
