Lovely apartments, well maintained and managed. Highly recommended for a peaceful, clean, and safe environment in Palm Desert. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and lots of community services yet also nestled within a charming residential community.

to get around the rent control limiting them to only 10% max annual rental increase, just a month after our increase happen they just stopped paying for our water charge each apartment for water usage something they have never done before. The management company is extremely sneaky and greedy
Grounds are unkept, no security, leasing office has a unprofessional manager. Theft is high. Varied units have black mold. Corporate office is useless for complaints. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
