Perfect location! Dolphins in your backyard. Quick easy walk to town. Still fairly quiet, though can get noisy during key seasons (Nights of Lights). The building has a unique history (built 1870ish and was the original military hospital and has a resident ghost- the lady in white) and is very old. Great character but also many problems of an old building. Windows painted shut, electrical, plumbing etc. With ten units, you get tenant changeover often enough. Still a great place to live.
