I want to first mention that any negative reviews I read prior to moving in, were written prior to the new management company taking over. I am completely pleased with my apartment and the grounds. It looks modern, because they are in the process of ongoing renovations through the property, and my apartment was one of the ones that were complete. When I moved in the apartment it was very clean unlike other places where I had so much cleaning to do and never really felt comfortable that it was clean enough for my standards. S... read more

I strongly recommend you don't move here. The laundry only has 4 washers and 4 dryers and only two dryers work and 3 washers. The information they have been giving us pertaining our rent is conflicting. I believe they are trying to take advantage of people during this pandemic. it's so much more than I wrote so if you would like to know please let me know.
Maintenance is excellent in fixing short-term problems. However, the apartment where I live in has had major pipe problems for the past three months and even though maintenance fixes the issue temporarily, management refuses to approve fixing the pipes because it would involve moving us to another apartment or paying for us to stay at a hotel temporarily. Hence, our apartment keeps flooding and I keep getting sick and my personal property damaged. Also, some of our mail packages have been stolen and management did nothing to... read more
