There is a clear lack of responsibility from new ownership. All maintenance services for the property and pool seem to have completely stopped. I’ve been like with this giant hole in my floor for over a month. And talking to “management” is worse than pulling teeth. I was essentially yelled at by the new management because “she already doesn’t like the situation” set up a time and a date for repairs no one showed up. This place is amazing! Lived their for 6 months. Its nice a place hidden from oaklawn but close enough to enjoy everything. The management team is outstanding, they work with you and the most helpful group of people i have ever met. I enjoyed my time their if you are looking for a smaller complex but still feels homey. 10/10 ^_^

Do not move here if you like the heat. The air never works and the manager does not fix it. They don't even work with you to get it resolved. Yet, his office and apartment are always nice and cold.
