There's really nothing else like Villas on Freddy. Maintenance-free living is still new to the valley, and this community sets the bar. The homes are beautiful, the grounds are always well kept, and the amenities have everything you could want - gym, pool, playground, dog park, basketball and pickleball courts. It's gated, private, quiet, and definitely worth checking out.
Top notch energy efficient home, great subdivision location. Would recommend reaching out to Diamond as your sales consultant.
