This place is a dump. The washers and dryers don't work and the washers have damaged some of my clothing. Kids are constantly playing in the laundry room The lady in the building across from me drives her SUV through the common areas and throws her trash off the balcony into the common area. Then this place has the nerve to raise my rent over $100. The snow removal is horrible I bought my own ice melt so I would not slip on the ice. The security was supposed to be beefed up but I hardly ever see them.
My renting experience with Mayra was top notch. I am transitioning from Texas to Colorado with the company I work for. Mayra made it easy for me to rent while unable to be there to process paperwork. I really appreciate all the help she gave me. If you want to rent here, ask for Mayra.
I don’t live there anymore, but I remember that the staff was kind, courteous, and helpful during move in. Apartment was clean and ready when I moved in. Neighborhood was quiet, beautiful and the residents were very friendly.
