Move-in was smooth and everyone was helpful and professional
I am editing my rating because the manager took the time to reach out and discuss. While the experience was less than enjoyable for the year, I appreciate the follow-up.
Move-in is a massive cluster. Zero communication and way off schedule, resulting in a car line all the way down Rio Grande and wrapping on to MLK. Terrible experience especially considering the rent rates.
