I am a resident of this building and have had multiple interactions with security that left me concerned about consistency and fairness. As a South Asian resident, I have frequently been asked to show my fob and questioned about whether I live here, especially when bringing guests into the building. We went by saturday , the afternoon about 1pm and the lobby was very neat and clean. The young lady at the front desk was very patient, kind and showed us around the apartment amenities. We appreciated her help becase we showed up unannounced. The apartment complex was very nice!
I took a tour of Villas on 24th and had a great experience! Karyme, my tour guide, was very informative and answered all of my questions before I even had to ask. 10/10!
Let me save you some time, energy and money: do not sign a lease with Villas on 24th. To be fair, the building itself is not without its merits. The rooftop pool, basketball court and gym are high-end amenities, and the apartments themselves are a pleasant place to live.
