Love everything about this place! Maintenance team is great and in my experience quick to respond. Management/Leasing agents are amazing, always happy/positive and accommodating. I've never had an issue that this team can't fix! The property itself overall is pretty quiet. The units are spacious and have lots of storage areas. They have cool resident events here and there that are always fun to attend. Great price for the apartment and all of the amenities you get. Truly cannot see myself leaving The Villas. I’ve had a great experience living at Villas of Waterford Apartments! The leasing staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance team is always quick to respond and super helpful. Stacey, the property manager, truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. They also host fun resident events, which is a great way to meet neighbors and feel part of a community. Highly recommend living here!
