Bait and switch scam! Been here over two years. Now, the rent is being increased from around $1500 to $1950. This is an over the top increase. I would understand it if they were putting in new appliances or something... but, everything in these places (from the carpet to the appliances) went to the lowest bidder.
We've lived here over two years, and for the most part are very pleased. The size of our place is nice, and the quality of our place is superior. This place also has a garage, which most places do not in this area. The only complaint I have is about Jan, the property manager. It's almost impossible to get her to enforce the "ground rules" of the complex. When she does do anything, things only improve for maybe a week before they go back to the way they were.
