Love this place! Office staff is always helpful a day polite!
The apartments have rotted wood on the exterior, termites, uneven sidewalks, mold inside them, and broken gates- the website specifically states it’s a “gated community”. When brought up to Felicia the response is corporate “has no intention on fixing the gates and there’s no money to fix rotted wood on the exterior”. The gates have been broken for at least 2 years, false advertisement. I’ve requested the City of Greenville Planning and Zoning to do an inspection. We love living here we have great neighbors who look after one another. I love our manager Felicia she is very kind and always listens to what you have to say The maintenance man Jose is very kind and helpful if you have a problem he is quick to fix it. This is a safe place to live. This is the first place I've lived where no theft. Packages are left in front of your door, and no one steals them. I have lived in other apartments in Greenville. Villas of Greenville is the best place to live.
