This place sucks! They could care less about their tenants. Takes forever to get a problem fixed. Septic system backed up and I was told that I could rent equipment myself and clean it up. But make sure you pay that rent on time! This place is a shit hole!
The people in charge of dispatching maintenance people for problems like the a/c unit not working are absolute deplorable! They ignore your phone calls and refuse to send a maintenance person to check out the unit. It has been up to 87 degrees inside the apartment unit at nighttime and they refuse to send someone out to fix it, much less do what they opt to do which is replace the unit. Half a star. The only thing I like about this place, it's closer to my church. And I could still live elsewhere and still be closer to my church. This place is disgusting!
