Great communication and more than reasonable service and maintenance. Outperforms other realty groups. Pace has been helping build a good community rather than just going for 100% occupancy. My family and I are very pleased with them. I recommend them to others.
The apartments are old, nasty, falling apart. The whole place looks like a slum. There are cars under repair in the complex and gives a look of a garage. I can't even invite my friends to visit me here. The girls in the office told all fake stuff before I moved in. Maintenance does not exist. Staff is uncooperative, tells outright fake stuff -- they did sound friendly/trustworthy before I moved in. They did not fix/repair the basic items that they said he would before I moved in.
