Our AC went out Thursday night, and with how hot it’s been lately, I was beyond frustrated. But I have to give credit where it’s due. I spoke with the manager, Miesha King, Friday morning, and she was incredibly understanding and reassuring. She promised it would be taken care of — and it was! The maintenance team, Jaime Garcia Villsenor and Mario Fajaedo Diaz, showed up promptly and handled the issue with professionalism, respect, and urgency. I recommend living here. When I first moved in here a couple months ago I had some issues and the ladies at the office Miesha, Chasity and Tyra all helped me resolve everything! I haven’t had any issues since and they always have fun events for the community. The maintenance men are fast and helpful too.
