The only real issue I had was trash in the Woods behind apartments along creek and the timely manner of getting lights fixed in hallways and parking lots was there two years never got lights fixed in building 500 was getting pretty dark other then that people Were nice

I am currently a resident. I spent 32 years in the U.S. Army and retired in March 2016. A friend of mine told me about The Villa's and I couldn't be more pleased. Office staff is extremely courteous and responsive to requests. The grounds are well maintained. The fitness center is decent. The pool area is excellent and still being upgraded with an outdoor grilling area. Maintenance is easy to schedule (phone or online) and the maintenance crew is very responsive. The office staff is great and the complex is clean and well taken care of, very family oriented.
When I first moved in everything was fine UNTIL I started seeing roaches!! There were roaches in the kitchen, the bathrooms and even in my drawers!!! It took months to get rid of the roaches!! Also, I have NEVER been late on rent, but there was an issue one month with rent and never received a letter or ANYTHING! They started the eviction process without sending any notice or even a phone call!!!!! IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR RESIDENTS??? This place is nice, but definitely not worth more than $1,000.
