Thanks for the warning Gosh, Thanks for the great information on the internet. We are moving from Chicago and had several places in mind. One was the Villa Mansion Turtle Creek; we saw the real estate listing in Sunday's paper. Well, after some research on all of the locations we were please to be warned about the Villa. Villa Mansion bad News After reading the blogs on Lance Puig; I found that this property is owned by his father Winston Puig. I have two lawsuits with Lance Puig pending; he owes me 29,000.00. It appears that many business owners have been burned by the Puig family. As well as people whom they lease to. Villas at the Mansions is a Dive The management is very bad, the property is deteriorating, the repairmen/handymen said they don't pay bills so nobody will work on the place, the owners are disingenuous and they try to associate themselves with the nearby Mansions at Turtle Creek which couldn't be farther from the truth !!
Beware Beware of the Villas at the Mansion 3424 Gillespie Street Dallas. This property is owned by Winston Puig who is the father of Lance Puig; google the name and you will find serious issues with these people. The son is under federal investagation. The Villa is where the father has an office in #8 and lives in #1. The property is run down and although they work to make it appear as part of the Rosewood group across the street it is not.
