This is a great community to live in. The office staff is very helpful and I love the quick response to any concerns that I've had. The location is awesome also. I would highly recommend this community!

What is happening with this place? It's been 14 days since I put in a maintenance request, and it has yet to be addressed. That was never the case before. I also called about my missing doormat ever since they pressure washed the corridors a week ago and it has yet to be returned. No one ever answers the phone when I call the leasing office either. This used to be a really great place to live, but since Lisa, Justin and Tiffany left combined with the management change, everything from responsiveness to quality of services ha... read more

Trust me, you do NOT want to lease an apartment at this property. The gates are only working about 1/2 the time, and when they are functioning, people are always trying to piggy-back into the gates behind other residents. The leasing staff will give you a great sell job, and act like they care about the residents - but once you've signed your name on that lease - then their total attitude changes. They don't answer the phones, they tell you to do everything on the website (so they don't have to deal with you), and when you d... read more
