Lying staff, they refuse to communicate when it matters most. When we moved in (Jan 2019), we were told there was brand new countertops and carpet. We find scratches in the countertops and pieces falling off. I took photos and filed a maintenance request, but all they did was send someone to literally glue the pieces back on...which fell off again later.
