Shady company. poor maintenance. Questionable business practices. If you complain about leaks, non working air or appliances, they will threaten you with legal action. If this place is your last resort, it may be ba better option to live in a tent.
The pool is broken, the jacuzzi has been broken for almost 2 years, strangers come with van loads of friends to use our pool, gangs of teenagers are allowed to destroy our amenities. Management is a joke.
Haters gonna hate...good riddance. Community better without you 1 star dinguses.
This place is a dump. Paper thin walls, urine soaked carpets, air handlers that are not maintained, go down the road to hibiscus Apts. Please don't rent at the villas. You will spend everyday there waiting for your lease to end.
Love how after 2 + years of moving out properly, I got a collections notice for $ 3700! WTF?
