Purchased a new home and with a list of items that need addressed we are being ghosted. The things that need addressed could be taken care of quickly but speaking with others in the neighborhood they are having the same problem. Chris Turner ( customer service) doesn’t find the concerns important. They would rather continue building new homes rather than take care of cost that have already purchased homes.
Really nice place. Highly recommended.
Nice community with different home options.
Seems to be very nice development with decent amount of design choices and options. Although we didn’t go with this builder due to other reasons.
