You need to fire your creepy maintenance men and landscapers
I’m in an apartment that is $1700 a month and almost to the end of my 13 month lease with no late payments. I’m a great tenant and asked to stay at this rate... just extend another 6 months, but Villas wants to raise the price to $2200 a month. It’s 750 square feet. With the price of rent no wonder people are leaving to buy! I’d stay but I can’t pay more than I do now. Our salaries don’t increase at that rate.
