I am writing to express my concern regarding the timeliness of our maintenance services. I have submitted at least two orders and have been waiting throughout the day for the scheduled service. Unfortunately, I was informed that we need to reschedule again, and I am finding the communication about these delays to be inadequate.
I lived here for three years, and the only reason for the stars I did give was the ease of moving out which I think wouldn’t have been the case if their former property manager was still there, Alex was awful. I will echo what others have shared about the lack of communication, issues with maintenance and management. The girls were really friendly and made things real easy.They took care of all the paperwork all I had to do was my part
Don't let their rent specials fool you. David Jacobson had it right, there are Javalinas and coyotes that run through the complex at night. I've even had to wait to enter my apartment a few times because of a pack of Javalinas loitering around the corridors. Maintenance is a complete joke work orders take about 4 days or more before they attempt to fix the problem. On top of that they poorly do "everything" that they repair.
