I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment complex. I moved in during September after being informed that no first-floor units were available. I specifically asked whether living on an upper floor would be an issue since I have five children (ages 14, 11, 8, 3, and 1), and I was assured it would not be a problem. One of the installers for Tucson appliance we came to the apartments at the villas at Montebella I spoke to Mandy she was very nice and kind. She helped us direct us to what apartments we were installing. It was very nice and respectful apartments are very nice and clean
