Washing machine was off balance, parts broken, they came to look, said they would order the part. Still nothing. 7 months later now there is mold in the washing machine. They won’t replace it, because it has to go through a “checklist” before they can replace it. But yet nothing gets fixed and just is forgotten. Horrible complex, raise rent but yet can’t keep the apartments cleaned and up to date. Will definitely be getting out of here asap.
No control over pets a few bad wreckless owners make it bad for all. From cat liter spilled on stairs to dog poo and debrie on sidewalks all of which gets tracked into apartments. Disgusting
This place is so trashy. I haven't lived here but had a family member live here for many years and it's an absolute disaster. Kids screaming constantly, high crime rate, cars getting broken into nightly, absolutely never any parking, building have caught fire and they don't clean up properly. Kids running around with no supervision causing trouble. It's a really really bad apartment complex.
