Terrible place to live. During move in, my father co-signed. They made him submit an insane amount of things including two years of tax returns. After I moved in they kept asking for him to submit stuff. My ac broke in the summer and it took two weeks to fix… I had to sleep elsewhere because my apartment was 87degrees. Just moved in a little more than a week ago. Yvonne was amazingly helpful! She stayed past her shift for me and my roommates when we weren’t even her tenants. She was our voice to her manager and the regional manager. Yvonne managed to keep our payment rate, despite being unable to complete our paperwork on the due date. Huge shoutout to her for overachieving for us and making things happen. This is the worst complex. We lived there last year and the fire alarms go off randomly in the middle of the night at least once a month. Its filthy. We had tons of cockroaches. And on top of all that our unit was constantly having water issues. We had flooding through the wall into our bedroom multiple times and instead of fixing the leak they just kept replacing the drywall and cleaning the carpet until eventually in the middle of the night water started POURING through the ceiling onto our bed and into my newborn baby’s b... read more
