It's incredible that in one year of living in Villas Apartments I've reported my AC 14 times and I'm still reporting it as broken o my god. And I don't know who's on call from maintenance, but they don't respond to emergencies until they open the office the next day or all weekend with the air conditioning out in temperatures close to 100 degrees until Monday. That's what happened to me last time.

My Wife and I just finished the Application Process and were Helped Immensely by Ms Alexa Pena the Leasing Agent on duty! She was VERY Patient with us Oldsters and as Stated Earlier was VERY Helpful in the Entire Process many Thanks to her again!
