This is my worst experience so far living in an apartment complex that the rent is super high for the maintenance to be horrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The office never answers the phone, the gate never works and it’s always open (unsafe). They will cut the grass in front of the complex to make it look decent but the back looks like you in the woods it is horrible. If you’re are looking to move here please do your research. Lived here for 18 months, my rent was never the same it was always fluctuating, they add bs charges on top of each other and trying to contact anyone about an issue was a head ache where nothing would get resolved, the AC units are all outdated and will kill your electricity bill. Even when I was moving out I called multiple times to schedule a move out date and never had any reply as to when it could get done even now I have been gone for almost 2 months and they are still trying to charge me for rent.
I been here for 2 years and been having bad experience since I been here. I never got my referral fee, maintenance staff are horrible, landscaping is never good. I have seen multiple raccoons snakes close to my unit. For the amount of rent they’re requiring is not worth it. When maintenance comes out they patch up things instead of replacing the old appliances that’s been in the units for more than 5-10 years. I will not be renewing my upcoming lease.
