Do not rent here. They don’t give back full deposits no matter how much you clean. (300 removed from deposit to vacuum one bedroom and sweep House was left clean vacuuming was already done ) Freezing in the winter doesn’t heat correctly ( very high electric bills ) Can smell neighbors food cooking due to vent systems Kids running around knocking on doors screaming in hallways no supervision. Outdoor lights always on the fritz Dog poop everywhere. I didn’t even stay my full lease ( paid to leave early ).
Management team are amazing
Work done promptly
