Emergency plumbing response time was amazing! Workers there in less than 10 minutes. Unfortunately repair was a bit tricky and was not completely resolved. Workers response time was great again on second repair.
Renting apt for over 2 years. Great maintenance and office staff. Not too expensive.
Timely maintenance response. Courteous front desk and maintenance personnel.
I’ve been living in this apartment for about 4 years and am now moving into my 5th year. It’s a great environment, well-maintained, and highly recommended.
