Refusing to do anything to repair a water outage over a holiday weekend and leaving tenants without running water for 4 days is deplorable! Villas at El Dorado, you should be ashamed of yourselves!! And for what purpose? To not have to pay overtime rates for a plumber to fix this problem? Disgraceful!! There are plumbers who could have been working on the problem, whatever it was, even if it took more than a day to recitify the issue. I love my apartment. I live here 6 n a half years . I think the office can do more for the senior's activity wise. I've been told by many senior's they don't go to the pool because it's not partially covered. N the sun is too much for them to handle. So NONE of the senior's go swimming. N it's ridiculous that we can only have guests 2 days a week. So basically the pool is useless because we can't have more availability for family n friends.
