This place is a joke especially with the new Manager. they turn off the hot water for days without notice. I can't wait to get my stuff out of this Slum.
Please see my review posted in images below. This is the fourth place I am leaving this review because I genuinely believe that NO ONE should live here. This place is a SLUM run by a company that doesn’t care and a staff that couldn’t be any more apathetic toward tenants complaints and concerns. This complex is my nightmare. I am SO ready to move!!!!
DO NOT live here or their other properties. They all have same problems. Fires, break ins, bug issues including bed bugs, constant floods and sewage back ups, mail theft, gates permanently broken. Waiting several months for repairs even major ones. Hot water out constant or turned off usually without notice. Can't get through to corporate. Only live here if you have a death wish.

A bunch of fucking scammers. They had to break a pipe in my kitchen which caused water to flood the entire place. When I moved out they said not to worry about the carpet since they had to call a team to tear out the padding, set up fans to dry it, then half ass put new padding in. Of course never cleaning the carpet. So now I get a call from a collector that I owe them a carpet cleaning fee.
