I used to love living here. Back when Angie was the property manager, the service and management were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill since she left. It now feels like just another corporate management company. They are price gouging current residents by tacking on "mandatory fees" while making existing tenants pay more than new move-ins. There is zero loyalty to the people who already live here. I truly thought Bender Midwest Properties was better than this, but guess not.
I have been living here for almost 2 years with my wife/child. A nice place and location. Angie (property manager) is very kind, organized and supportive. The maintenance is super quick and gets things done well.
Apartment complex is clean. I love my apartment so warm and cozy if any issues things are taken care of right away. Both Angie, Larry, and Tonia are the best of the best. I used the community hall for a family Christmas party and really enjoyed the homie feeling.
Angie and her staff are great.
