I toured this complex last Saturday with Angie. She is so sweet! She seems to really care about the residents as she stopped during my tour and talked to a few in passing or waved to some further away. The property is kept in great condition, it has plenty of amenities, and even a guest room space for visitors that can be rented out!
Angie was absolutely amazing. I’m a bit of an over planner and I’ve been creating spread sheets of apartment comparisons for months to find the best apartment in Sioux Falls because having a place that feels safe and clean and like home is so important to my quality of life. I’ve toured several apartments so far in my hunt and none blew me away like this place.
