Love living here ppl are very nice. I love the outdoors so the view of this place is amazing its quit might have a few loud ppl but its ok want to live here as long as i can.
Quiet clean community for the money. Management very kind and helpful. May not be dream apts but very good place to start. Nice location with easy access to I75.
i have lived here since the first of june. we have ask them to fix the stove 3 times and they keep bring old peices from a broke down stove and ours is still messed up. yea they do keep the landscape up great but as far as the apartments forget about it. and the management acts like it is no big deal. i will not recomend this place to anyone.
I currently live in Gazebo Park Apartments and will be leaving soon. I rented from here because the prices were reasonable but I have had nothing but problems since moving in. They have had to work on my heating and air 4 times since december. Ive had horrible roach and ant problems in my apartment and I am a very clean person. I would not recommend anyone moving here if you can afford not to.
The worst management. None of the anemities work. The matinence men take weeks to fix anything and that is after you leave five or more work orders. Everything breaks too. I have been here eight months and so far my a/c has gone out twice and one time it was for almost a week during july. Also, the heater now twice and the dishwasher, hook ups for laundry leak, refridgerator quits randomly and will not be replaced.Management will walk into random apartments for no reason and try to justify it by saying they are doing unannou... read more
