Leaving my honest and raw review….I just moved into The Villas at 6300, as we all know moving is so stressful and who has the money to truly move these days so I chose the most affordable apartments you literally get what you pay for right….My first point of Contact was Marco who I did the tour with, he was very easy going and informative, on my move-in day it was my birthday which he greeted me with a “Happy Birthday” and they had a little cake for me in my apartment=exceptional customer service! Mariella was very helpful and explained everything to me and has a very friendly personality
New update: don’t move here if you wanna take showers without fear of the water being turned off on you. The water gets turned off here so often, it shouldn’t be legal. They either give a day heads up OR send an email 30 minutes after it’s been off. I started dying my hair and checked my email before hand like I always do before I have to shower or dye my hair (messed up people here have to do that).
