The Gorman Company Doesn't Take Care Of This Building Or The Tenants Maintenance Needs. The Elevator Is Always Out Of Order. There Are Tenants In This Building Who Use Canes, Walkers And Motorized Scooters To Get Around, THEREFORE We Are Stuck In The Building With NO WAY OUT. WHENEVER YOU REPORT ANY TYPE OF PROBLEMS THE STAFF IGNORES OUR REQUESTS. THE ELEVATOR IS THE MAIN PROBLEM, IT IS BROKE 2-3 TIMES A WEEK.
