Not worth it. Final Review: Do Not Rent Here, Its really BAD (Breakins, Mold, Subpar staff)! Started out a little rocky, with multiple peoples involvement in the application approval process. Moved past that and have had my garage door broken at least 5 times. This led to me parking my vehicle directly in front of my garage because physically I couldn't keep pushing up the garage door to park my car (bad back). STEER CLEAR!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND If you're looking at apartments right now, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere!! 1. We've been living here for just over two weeks and the process to get into the place was EXTREMELY disorganized - you have 20 different employees trying to get your paperwork done and things were miscommunicated and what should've taken 4 days took weeks to get done. Renter Beware I moved into this apartment community a few months ago and up until recently, I've had a pretty good experience. Karen gave me a tour of the community and as we were walking back towards the office, being that the unit that I planned on moving into was a 2nd floor unit, I specifically asked if they receive lots of complaints from tenants who might have an issue with the upstairs neighbor. Apartment Serious cockroach problem. The number of roaches that come out at the pool after dark is apocalyptic! Also noticed several black widows on my porch and the apartment seems to be crumbling apart. Owners/ management need to take notice.
Looking forward to living here! I was able to find out I was approved to rent the apartment on the same day and walked away very glad that I visited the complex. Having a decision upfront allowed me to ease my mind on the decision of the next place I would call home. I am looking forward to the walk in closets, the attached garage and their fitness center!
Excellent Apartment I am living here for last 1 year. It is an excellent apartment to live.
Accessible to all Our family fell in-love of the place even if it's kind of a rush decision. The people are nice and security is good, I would recommend it to everyone.
