Residence owned by a corporation where most of the 5 stars reviews are fake. Renters all pay different rent pricing. Some paying as low as $1,800 month for a two bedrooms while others are at $2,200 a month for the same type of apartment. If they don’t like you, they’ll do anything to get you out while doing favoritism with others residents. A lot of unclear stuff are going on in that place.

We’ve been here 5 years and seen a lot of changes. And definitely went through some rough times with previous management. Our current manager and maintenance guys are making great efforts at making this a great place to be!

The air conditioning needs to be changed. There’s a problem in the AC from the last year and it’s the same problem happening again. They never answer the call even if you call them from emergency contact. Also they have never worked properly when they are asked to.

It's only Good for spring most off time their AC ,HEAT UNITSr not working when out side 100+ one star is not enough,

Office manager has been amazing with follow ups. Great customer service. Always going above and beyond! Property looks amazing and the pool is sparkling clean.
