New management ignores safety concerns expressed by multiple tenants. There is a neighbor that is allowed to scream at the top of his lungs & repeatedly punch/slam tenants doors/walls. This has gone on for half a year. Police have been at his doorstep a handful of times. The police had to physically restrain him in cuffs the most recent time. All concerns expressed to new management have gone ignored, what a disappointment.
The new management of the Villagio has made a huge difference. Danika is such a sweet lady and she has helped me when my AC was down by bringing a portable unit. She tried to get the issue resolved ASAP when previous management made me wait about 2.5 weeks before to get it done. Same thing with the Maintenance manager . Very nice man and answered my emergency called right away.
