They do such a great job maintaining these apartments as well as the landscaping. My son and I are very happy here! And I also want to give a shout out to Sabrina at Villagio! She is so kind, friendly, professional, and good-hearted. She has helped me every step of the way and always makes sure I feel taken care of. Residence owned by a corporation where most of the 5 stars reviews are fake. Renters all pay different rent pricing. Some paying as low as $1,800 month for a two bedrooms while others are at $2,200 a month for the same type of apartment. If they don’t like you, they’ll do anything to get you out while doing favoritism with others residents. A lot of unclear stuff are going on in that place.

We’ve been here 5 years and seen a lot of changes. And definitely went through some rough times with previous management. Our current manager and maintenance guys are making great efforts at making this a great place to be!
