What can I say, it was a clean neighborhood and quiet. They had some issues with certain maintenance but overall decent. Why I suggest not living here is the simple fact that they either lie or steal. I was told that my deposit that I left would cover my last month's rent as I was moving out of state. I told them two months in advance. They said "yes it will cover it" and then 6 months later, I have on my credit report saying that I owe them 998! So if I owe you 998$, how about you give whatever is left of my deposit after y... read more
I love the fact that they're so dog friendly. I love the staff who is always doing their best to answer any questions. The maintenance men actually follow up with you. It's like you moved into a resort without the huge bill!
We love living here!! The staff treats everyone like family! We love all the staff here! I have never had a concern that was not immdiatly solved or answered. We plan on being here a very long time!
It's resort living all wrapped up in apartment style. It's also great to have our own Los Amigos on the complex. Can't wait to order poolside service.
I strongly recommend this as a place to live. Staff is very conscientious, and, most importantly, they are friendly to pets.
