I moved my son in yesterday and it was bittersweet! Worried but proud. This property has the best customer service and maintenance staff. We all know that there are so many residents to maintain but they still make sure you feel at home and at ease. I look forward to visiting my son and grandchildren at his new apartment!!

We have been living here since april 2017 and we love it neighbors are friendly and office and maintenance workers are amazing.
Well let me start by saying when you tell them and have an understanding that you will pay a satellite fee on a certain day and they keep posting notes on your door! And then they never fix things they just repair! One of the maintenance guys said well that's good enough for now!
I love it here. It's quiet. It's safe. The apartments are roomy.

Well its alright, however my job pays me every two weeks so this means they have the right to charge me two late fees, i understand that half my rent shouldnt have been late in the first place, but life gets you sometimes. So this will be my last year here just because of a $25 late fee, way to keep customers guys, oh also i get paid the day after its going to be late, seems they could make an exception but refused to, greedy people.

We do have policies in line regarding late fees and would be happy to discuss them with you if you would like to contact the leasing office. Our late fee schedule is on the application as well as the lease. We do our best to work with people when a situation arises but our policies are in place to protect the business and abide by fair housing laws.
