Property is laid out over 3 blocks so everyone is not on top of each other. Close to Shops, Movie Theaters, Mall and the Beach! Neighborhood is very quaint!
This community has been such a great place to live! I've had positive experiences with the leasing and maintenance staff during the past few months since being here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Also love the location!
This place is so wonderful! Plenty of space, great staff, and maintenance is always there when we need help with any issue we have with the place. This is the place to be!! We also love how quiet and peaceful the area is too
The maintenance staff is excellent with responding to my work orders and the leasing staff/management is also really good at communicating with me and my husband.

Love this place! My apartment itself was nice and cozy, and the property as a whole was well kept. The property is so big with so many amenities, the gym being my favorite. I also enjoyed how close to the schools, parks, and freeway we were! The leasing staff is warm and friendly, willing to handle any request. I would check this place out before settling!
Great quiet community. My husband and I leased one of their new renovated apartments. It seems like they are working on renovating more. Maintenance staff is very friendly and get the job done quickly. You can tell the leasing staff really cares about their residents and take the time to help in the best way they can. We definitely plan on renewing our lease!
