I'm so greatful to call this home ! I appreciate the staff and they are very nice to me and I respect them very much!
Really sad to see how much this place has deteriorated. All garden level units are prone to water seeping through foundation when it rains.
Alright so the property is not pretty but you get what you pay for.. I was about to move in when I broke my lease and I am trying to pay any remaining balance but I can not even get ahold of anyone who will take my money lol.. but when I broke the lease was told a month of rent would be due... and was told if it wasn't paid on time it would get sent to collections. Its now been over a week and no one will tell me if I have a balance or anyway to pay it.
My girlfriend and her daughter have lived here for less than a year. We've reported mouse and roach problems for the past 6 months. Management had the balls to say "Colorado has a mouse and roach problem everywhere". I've lived in Colorado for over 25 years and had NEVER seen a roach before visiting my girlfriend. We have begged to be moved to another unit ($500 charge) or to end the lease early (not allowed). DO NOT MOVE HERE. Hi this is Lily i warn anyone who lives here you lease is already broken if your experiencing infestation i recently almost moved in but The apartment unit provided is severely infested and uninhabitable, and I am currently in the process of having the property reviewed and closed through the appropriate authorities in Colorado Springs due to multiple violations of habitability and housing codes.
