My girlfriend and her daughter have lived here for less than a year. We've reported mouse and roach problems for the past 6 months. Management had the balls to say "Colorado has a mouse and roach problem everywhere". I've lived in Colorado for over 25 years and had NEVER seen a roach before visiting my girlfriend. Update finally got out of this place it got to the point that my dog and daughter and I were getting extremely ill do not rent here if you end up in unit 11 there is a leak in the foundation that they will not fix they just keep replacing the floor caused tons of damage to my property no heat for 3 years code enforcement knew what was going on but was didn’t seem to want to press the issue. My husband and I moved into a 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor in September. These units are supposed to be the upgraded units. Below please find the pros and cons of the apartment and complex in our opinion. Pros: Location - The location is very convenient to shopping and essentials. Sam's Club and King Soopers are right next store. If you like coffee, you can walk to Starbucks. Bedroom size - The size of both bedrooms in the two bedroom apartment are large for an apartment.
