Have had a water leak in bathroom since the day i moved in. Now its mold growing in bathroom. It only got the leak fixed because I told maintnence what was going on. Upstairs. I have a 4 year old and just dumped everything i.had into here so we'd have an appartment and now we're getting super sick from the mold.that has just been growing for weeks. I had a clogged toilet and it wouldn’t stop leaking. The maintenance man Erik was super polite and fixed the toilet within a matter of minutes! Definitely the best person who’s been here to fix stuff for sure
DO NOT RENT FROM COOPER MULTIFAMILY SERVICES. THEY HAVE MULTIPLE COMPLEXES AND NEED SHUT DOWN. no heat all winter. Water leak since December. Refuse to move me to another unit. Refuse to give me a hotel room. 40 gallons of water in my apartment everyday. Restricted my ability to put in a work order. Will not accept or return my phone calls.
