For 9 straight days I was without a refrigerator, had 5 different visits from maintenance, and had to throw away $500 worth of groceries and my child’s medication worth more than $28,000 and has to be kept in a refrigerator. Everything great, but the WINDOWS ARE TERRIBLE QUALITY. I tell the bitter truth. POORLY INSULATED WINDOWS!!! I Could hear birds chirping noisy loudly waking everyone up every time 3AM -5 AM from outside especially at night and early morning. It is a Nightmare. But other than that... Management great. Maintenence great. Location great. All is great. Close to park too but again... Windows could be better Quality. WINDOWS INSULATION IS POOR. Can hear the Wildlife Noise (birds chirping 3 AM- 7AM) ALL YEAR around it is not season... read more

I have lived here going on two full years. I highly recommend this place to live. The apartments have an atmosphere of a house and you know you’re walking into “your home”. The design of the property is great. They have contests for those who wish to participate and food trucks come in, which is handy, especially for those who have had a hard day at work and don’t feel like cooking. I love living here! The grounds are very well kept and the apartments are spacious and a good price. The property manager knows me by name and all the neighbors are so pleasant. Another thing I love is the maintenance team they get to my work orders quickly and always do a good job! Jayden unclogged my drain today and it’s working great and he didn’t leave a mess. I highly recommend the village’s!
