Love living at the townhomes. People are so nice. Maintenance is great! They keep up on the mowing and weedeating. Office manager is on top of everything needing to be done. Always calls back when you leave a message, and pleasant too.

I recently joined on the waitlist in early February and was told to update my wait list status every 60 DAYS after doing so. I called today, which they said call by April 12th in order to maintain my waitlist status, & I did. I get on the phone today & they said they “called me on March 6th regarding a unit” and since I did NOT receive the call, they removed my name off the waitlist completely. I had no idea they called, I have no record of a voicemail on my phone and I have not deleted any since 1/16/25… Awful communication... read more

So glad i moved out of there the pot smoking couple in the back was to much drama an it smelled like pot all the time an you could hear the guy beating on her an yelling at her constantly seemed like a nice lady too, but more like a beatin dog

I have lived here 6yrs. and can't see living anywhere else. My neighbors have become my family. Management is the best. Always willing to help.
