I would not recommend leasing an apartment from Rosemont Peachtree Corners. My sister and I moved in July of 2024 and have been dealing with continuous issues with the unit we are leasing. From maintenance issues to infestation of roaches and the list goes on. Complaining to the leasing office will be a waste of time and energy and all you will get is unresolved excuses. The worst service I have ever received, after submitting and filling out the documentation, it took two weeks for them to respond to confirm my approval. I paid a holding fee of $200, but I did not want to continue with the process and chose another option. When I informed them to return the $200, they told me NO. They kept my money even though I had informed them that I would not accept it.

Horrible. I was given a dirty unit. The hardwood was coming up. There was a hole in the kitchen floor from when I guess they put the stove in? There was no light at all in the bedroom that was meant to be my 15 month olds. The neighborhood stinks & is full of potholes & lazy tenants. I was in 3923 & the person above us constantly allowed their belongings to fall off the rail & down the stairs. They would literally just leave them there & never collect them. Applied for a transfer 3 weeks ago and their “system” was down. I was never told that and they call me one day before my move in date. Horrible customer service
