Mold issues that were never resolved
When I lived there it was roach infested. When I moved out they charged me $474 for “cleaning fees” and couldn’t even break down what it was for and STOLE my deposit. The walls are thin and horrible. The heating and cooling systems barely work. Weird men like around there. The curtesy officer doesn’t care about gun shots, loud music, or violence. It’s such a sad dirty place to live. They steal packages, the staff has stolen my packages before I can actively suing them. Don’t waste your money!!! It’s not worth it
Everything is good.
Worst complex I ever had. They charge you for everything, when the apartments are old, a/c doesn't works, my washer wasn't working and they never repaired. The monthly rates are good but after you move in, the price just goes up for all the exaggerated crazy fees that they charge you like the "sewer" and "water". They offer you to leave a 5 star review and you'll get a $20 gift card... The staff is very friendly,it’s a nice quiet neighborhood. I absolutely love my apartment!!
