I have lived at this property since September 2022. After the first year, when the leasing team changed, I noticed a significant decline in overall management and living conditions. Very poor management. Even after raising concerns they don't get things repaired. Many of the lamp posts are not working. Its complete darkness at so many places on the road. Even walking in evening feels scary due to darkness. Another menance is the dogs poop. The side walks are covered with dog poops. People dont pick after their dogs and often leave their dogs unleashed.

I had a microwave that was out for 2 weeks but they fixed it today and my new one works great. I appreciate the hard work of the staff here.

Honestly I’ve been living here for almost 2 years. The apartment has its pros but mostly cons. They come with all these “fees” which i think are absolutely ridiculous when you consider the fact that maintenance never comes on time and rarely fixes the issue, the front office team acts as if they don’t understand anything, constant complaints about things needing to be fixed, the HUGE potholes that aren’t fixed, and etc. We pay this trash fee yet they pick and choose when they want to pick it up. AQUÍ TODO ES UN PROBLEMA . Para que me reparen algo para que me den algo , para solicitar algo todo es un inconveniente verdaderamente no se merecen ni una estrella . Llevo un año pidiendo que me reparen el balcón ya casi caigo al piso de abajo porque esas maderas están podridas y nada que vienen , aparte el control para buscar tus paquetes te lo venden en 50dolares y no sirve .
