I previously left a 1-star review, but I’m updating it to 4 stars thanks to Candas, the current manager. She truly made a difference in my experience here. She listened to my concerns about my previous unit and was very accommodating in helping me transition to a better one. My old unit had several issues, including poor maintenance, a roach infestation, and problems with both the air conditioner and heater. I have lived at this property since September 2022. After the first year, when the leasing team changed, I noticed a significant decline in overall management and living conditions. I was placed in a terrace-level unit, and within the first month, serious issues began to arise. It became clear that while the apartment appeared visually updated, many components were not durable or properly maintained. Quiero poner mi calificación de una estrella respecto al pago de las aguas negras y un referido, llevo 7 meses continuos pagando más de $200 dólares en el apartamento 3840 E . Todos estos meses he puesto la queja con la manager Candas y no soluciona nada , hace 4 meses referí una persona y esta es la fecha y no me han dado el bono de $500 dólares . Seguiré dando una estrella hasta que no solucionen mi situación
