Avoid some headache by not moving here. It s not worth it. They just want your money but give the worse service to their tenant. From mold to cockroaches to bad ventilation system inside the apartment, please stay away. The organisation responsible for them (Titan Corp) is not doing any better.
I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Maintenance is horrible—requests take forever to be handled, and even when they are, the work is sloppy. On top of that, there are rodents in the walls, and I constantly hear scratching sounds that make it impossible to feel comfortable in my own home. The trash areas are disgusting and never properly maintained, which only adds to the problem. They advertise these as “luxury apartments,” but there is absolutely nothing luxury about living here. I've lived here for almost 3 years and never had a problem until this new management company took over, and they hired a rude and unprofessional leasing manager by the name of Candice. The property claims they are renovating but grounds are unkept, roads are terrible and filled with potholes. And the accusing is at a all time HIGH....charging people for vandalism that was not done by tenant....absolute disgrace. If I could give property staff a 0 stars. Zero stars if I could. Wish we never moved into Rosemont Dunwoody, our unit got bedbugs — now management is charging us $600 in fees. The bathrooms had grotesque mold that they simply spray-painted over instead of fixing. The floors are not even close to level, making the whole place feel poorly maintained from the start. Our ceiling is now falling apart, and paint chips fall daily into my children’s play area.
