The maintenance man smells bad; he came to my apartment and was unpleasant. I think they should be more selective when choosing the people who work here.
Day 60 of not having a mailbox. You’d think the amount of rent and “amenities “ they charge for you’d get a mailbox. They state they custom ordered mailboxes to replace the ones that were all broken open. Still has been a little over 2 months of no mailbox. Having to drive to post office only one day a week to get mail is a pain. On top of all the other issues, it’s definitely over priced for not having BASIC needs. I have lived at this property since September 2022. After the first year, when the leasing team changed, I noticed a significant decline in overall management and living conditions. I was placed in a terrace-level unit, and within the first month, serious issues began to arise. It became clear that while the apartment appeared visually updated, many components were not durable or properly maintained.
