Mom & I moved into L1 on Nov. 4, 2016 There was something stuck in my bathroom sink since day one. I reported it. chris came, talked on the phone but never got it out. July 4, 2017 the front window of the apartment facing 50th Street was shattered. Chris covered it with cardboard in a rainstorm and left it 14 days. Security risk! We have. Terrible place to live. The property manager has a bad attitude and they never fix anything. This apartment complex should be put out of business or get new management but I'm definitely calling the BBB on this property
Place is under new ownership and Management. They have updated appliances and flooring AND adding a clubhouse. They have seriously stepped up from when I was at Texas tech. The girl in the front is so helpful and informative. Customer service is a dying breed and you guys are doing great! Thanks for the wonderful experience. Can't wait for my niece to move in!!
