One of the most unprofessional property management I have had to deal with. Anyone putting in a rental application with these people, please be careful. They'll say your application is approved only to deny a lease later on and offer more expensive suites after you've said no to all other applications you've put in. DON'T SCREW YOUR RENTAL APPLICANTS SPECIALLY IN A CRAZY MARKET LIKE VICTORIA!!!!
Village Walk West are well maintained buildings that are pet friendly. The building managers - Scott and Linda - are amazing. They are always available to help no matter how small or large the problem might be. Linda and Scott make living here a very comfortable experience.
I've lived at this complex for the last two years and have always had any issues or concerns addressed promptly and efficiently to our expectations. The building managers (Scott and Linda) are always great, friendly and on the ball with keeping the complex clean and in great condition. Above and beyond in my opinion based on some other places I've lived at.
My family and I have lived here since 2016 and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Scott and Linda are so much more then caretakers, they go above and beyond to ensure everyone’s needs are met as well as ensuring we are safe and protected.
