Told me nothing is wrong with transmission but it jolts and got kicked off the lot for calling a car a lemon if this tells you something please take your car to Knoxville
If i could go lower on ratings I would! This is the most unprofessional and lousey service center Ive ever been to, the car in question has terrible shifting and transmission issues, after questioning these issues and bringing to their attention that they sold me a junk car they kicked me off the property. Ive been very dissapointed with my service there, as well as management, and I urge anyone who is looking for a vehicle or needs to service their vehicle to go elsewhere.
Great experience!!! Dakota has always been so helpful anytime I have called. He worked with VW and my parents to resolve an issue with their ID.4. My parents bought their car at a dealership closer to their home. Every time they went for service at the other dealership they would be pressured into buyiing add-ons. I have never felt pressured to buy any unnecessary services when I bring my car in at Village VW. I will be bringing their car to Chattanooga to Village VW for service from now on.
Great service today at Volkswagen! Staff was professional, helpful, and efficient. Very satisfied with the experience.
