I like our maintenance man. He's helpful and has an easy-going, pleasant demeanor.
Everything is electronic communication. Not a bad thing. Just difficult to contact someone when things are not completed. Apartment is a great value. But my feeling that a home is personal not 100 percent AI.
So far so good! I love that inspections are done. Keeps people honest and accountable. Joel is the best! Always open and flexible with his time!!
It's horrible. Do not rent from here! The apartments are super humid. The office never responds to calls or maintenance requests. If you have a maintenance issue, don't expect it to be fixed properly or within a reasonable amount of time. 4 units burnt due to a fire another with serious damage making it unlivable. So 5 units completely vacant in a tiny complex. This all took place, 2 years ago, this August. Nothing done about that either. Just boarded up and ignored. Increased rent for everyone else seems to be the solution.... read more
