We just noticed a couple of things in the apartment that should be taken care of one. There’s no screens on the windows. And in one of the bedrooms where the water heater is, there’s a false wall that needs to be re-secured. Sorry I don’t have any pictures.
Atlas management treats their tenants like sheep. Lived in two places they bought within 3 months of one another. No one's in the office. No one is there if you call. No one is there if your appliances don't work. I find it funny they put management in their name cause that's not their concern
It good considering how much they charge for rent.
