Atlas management treats their tenants like sheep. Lived in two places they bought within 3 months of one another. No one's in the office. No one is there if you call. No one is there if your appliances don't work. I find it funny they put management in their name cause that's not their concern
It good considering how much they charge for rent.
Jim is a wonderful maintenance man. But you need to hire at least one other maintenance person to help him with all the maintenance requests. There are simply so many maintenance requests because the properties are old and need a lot of work that one maintenance person is not sufficient to get the jobs done in a timely manner. This is hard on both Jim and the residents of the units in question. Please hire another maintenance person.
I like our maintenance man. He's helpful and has an easy-going, pleasant demeanor.
