Jim is a wonderful maintenance man. But you need to hire at least one other maintenance person to help him with all the maintenance requests. There are simply so many maintenance requests because the properties are old and need a lot of work that one maintenance person is not sufficient to get the jobs done in a timely manner. This is hard on both Jim and the residents of the units in question. Please hire another maintenance person.
I like our maintenance man. He's helpful and has an easy-going, pleasant demeanor.
Everything is electronic communication. Not a bad thing. Just difficult to contact someone when things are not completed. Apartment is a great value. But my feeling that a home is personal not 100 percent AI.
So far so good! I love that inspections are done. Keeps people honest and accountable. Joel is the best! Always open and flexible with his time!!
