Village Vet was my family's vet growing up, and now I take my Frenchie, Eddard, there too. He gets so excited when he hears we're going to see his friends at the vet, and he loves greeting everyone and giving them lots of kisses. The doctors and staff are always knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding. They care for pets through every stage of life and are a wonderful support system for owners, even during difficult times. I can't imagine taking my dog anywhere else.

Recently took my dog to get updated vaccines. From the receptionist to the vet, the service was rude and VERY unprofessional. They did not read the info I brought with me regarding the last vaccines. When I asked to phone my previous vet, they questioned that vet's credentials and practice, insinuating the previous vet was incompetent. I could not believe how incompetent they were! What a relief to walk out of there! I will never be back!

We are sorry that you were not happy with your visit. I will have the veterinarian that you saw call you to discuss your complaints. I see that it has been almost a month since you were in the office and declined anything other than boostering vaccines for grooming. We strive to give our patients the best, most appropriate care for our area, which may be different from where you moved from.
Always friendly and compassionate. We had to put down one of our pets and I couldn't have asked for a more caring team.
