The staff was so sweet to me and my husband today while we had to say goodbye to our baby Bandit. They were nice, and comforted us while we said goodbye. Thank you for being so great!
Business response:
We were sorry to have met you and your husband during such a difficult day in your life but are glad that we were able to make it a tiny less difficult for you. We have Bandit's paw imprint ready whenever you are comfortable picking it up.
We had a great first visit with Dr. Betty Grim-Newton and the staff. They were friendly and very kind and thorough with our dog!
Business response:
Thank you for bringing her in to meet us!
See Dr Hovick, he is great. Do not see Cheri Aldrich. She has a terrible attitude.
Business response:

These people are the best! Thank you for your compassion. Your love for animals is much appreciated.
Business response:
😍Thank you Maggie. We appreciate you and your four legged family.

We only found out when we took her in for diarrhea and vomiting. The office manager refused to even give a simple apology for their neg... read more

Mr Andrew, I'm sorry you had this experience. Being the "office manager", I would be happy to discuss this with you. I am unaware of this situation and would like the opportunity to speak with you about it. Thank you Andrea Dorschner
The Vets and the staff are angels and amazing people!! They love our furry babies as much as we do!!! They took amazing care of my cat Belle for 18 years and were with her to the end of her life! I️ can’t thank them enough for their support and kindness that they have provided for us! Thank you all so much for helping me through this difficult time of Belle’s passing.
I called in the morning with 2 sick pets. The staff was very accommodating at getting them in, and have always been very gentle and kind. I'll never go anywhere else.
The staff is always friendly and helpful and they take good care of my cats.
